About the Program:

         After conducting retreats in Greece, France & Italy, Enlightened Spiritual Master Acharya Shree Shankar is now coming to Denmark. Acharya Shree Shankar comes from the same family tree of 9th Century Advaitha Guru Sri Adi Shankaracharya. Its a great opportunity to be with him in this meditation retreat. He is conducting 3 days intense meditation camp and also Satsangs in the evening on several topics of Human Consciousness.

Complete Program Schedule: 

On November 25th on Friday we are starting at 10am (DAY ONE) 

10am - 10.30am : Basic breathing techniques (Pranayama - Analom Vilom, Naadi Shoudhi, Kumbaka, Rechaka, Holding Breath, Sheethali, Bramari), Some Physical Exercises.
10.30am - 10.45am : Sectional Mudra Breathing. (This helps in sending breath to all over the body which we don't do in everyday normal breathing).
10.45am - 11.45am : Chakra Mudra Meditation. (A Short Introduction Explaining the Benefits).
11.45am - 12pm : Listening to Inner Silence.
12pm - 1pm : Lunch.
1.15pm - 1.45pm : AUM Meditation. (Our Body is made up of AUM, This meditation brings the Awareness of AUM).
1.45pm - 2pm : Zen Empty Mind Meditation.
2pm - 2.30pm : Break.
2.45pm - 3.45pm : Sound Meditation. (By Practicing this one reaches the profound state of Altered Consciousness).
3.45pm - 4pm : Silence.
4pm - 4.20pm : Here & Now Meditation.
4.20pm - 4.30pm : Silence.
4.30pm - 5.30pm : Chakra Meditation using Beegashari Chants & Dynamic Moves.
5.45pm - 7pm : Satsang (Ancient Wisdom of the Advaitha or Non-Duality Philosophy also Questions can be asked on Spiritual Experiences) 

END OF DAY ONE 

On November 26th on Saturday we are starting at 8am (DAY TWO) 

8am - 8.30am : Basic breathing techniques (Pranayama - Analom Vilom, Naadi Shoudhi, Kumbaka, Rechaka, Holding Breath, Sheethali, Bramari), Some Physical Exercises.

9.45am - 10am : Listening to Inner Silence.
10am - 11am : Breakfast.
11.15am - 11.45am : AUM Meditation. (Our Body is made up of AUM, This meditation brings the Awareness of AUM).
11.45pm - 12pm : Zen Empty Mind Meditation.
12pm - 1pm : Dynamic Meditation. (This is a 4 step meditation in which we use the "Holy Shree Yantra")
1pm - 2.15pm : Lunch Break.
2.15pm - 3.15pm : Energy Meditation. (There is a hidden energy in every human being, this meditation helps people to Realize that energy).
3.30pm - 4.15pm : Deep Relaxation Technique.
4.15pm - 5.00pm : Sufi Whirling Meditation.
5pm - 6.00pm : Satsang (Asthanga Yoga - 8 Limbs of Yoga, Q&A Session) 

END OF DAY TWO 

On November 27th on Sunday we are starting at 8am (DAY THREE) 

8am - 8.30am : Basic breathing techniques (Pranayama - Analom Vilom, Naadi Shoudhi, Kumbaka, Rechaka, Holding Breath, Sheethali, Bramari), Some Physical Exercises.
8.30am - 8.45am : Sectional Mudra Breathing. (This helps in sending breath to all over the body which we don't do in everyday normal breathing).
8.45am - 9.45am : Chakra Mudra Meditation. (A Short Introduction Explaining the Benefits).
9.45am - 10am : Listening to Inner Silence.
10am - 11am : Breakfast.
11.15am - 11.45am : AUM Meditation. (Our Body is made up of AUM, This meditation brings the Awareness of AUM).
11.45pm - 12pm : Zen Empty Mind Meditation.
12pm - 1pm : NadaBrahma Meditation.
1pm - 2.15pm : Lunch Break.
2.15pm - 3.15pm : Shree Vidhya Meditation. (This is best known ancient technique to Enlightenment)
3.30pm - 4pm : Shambhavi Mudra Meditation.
4.05pm - 4.45pm : Deep Relaxation Technique.
5pm - 5.30pm : Candle Flame Meditation.
5.35pm - 7pm : Satsang (Discourse on Bhaja Govindam selective verses, Interaction session with people, Q&A Session) 

END OF DAY THREE – FINAL DAY
